Job Summary:
The HR Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the company. The ideal candidate will have experience in the full recruitment cycle and a passion for finding top talent.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule.
Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes.
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment process (requirement sharing with staffing partner, selection process, approval & on boarding process).
Tracking and maintenance of headcount on Daily basis and sharing the MIS in required formats Requirements:
Hands-on experience with various selection processes (Video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.).
