JOB DETAILS
• Responsible for managing end to end recruitment- sourcing, scheduling, follow-up &, etc.
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate channels
• Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications.
• Sourcing of candidates using job portals in accordance to the job description, right combination of experience, education, and skills.
• Calling the candidates from different sources (Job portals, database, references)
• Taking the telephonic interviews of the candidates.
• Lining up the candidates at the Client side.
• Following up on the interview process status.
• Communicating employer information and benefits during the screening process.
• Review resume and schedule interview.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications.
• Close position within given turnaround time.v
