Job Description- HR Recruiter Overview: As a Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring talented individuals to join our organization. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of recruitment processes, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate various sourcing channels to identify top candidates. Key Responsibilities: Sourcing and Attraction: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to actively source and attract candidates. Develop and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management. Candidate Screening and Assessment: Review resumes and applications to assess candidate qualifications and fit. Conduct phone screens and initial interviews to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit. Collaboration and Consultation: Partner with hiring managers to understand their team's hiring needs and priorities. Provide guidance and advice to hiring managers on recruitment processes, market trends, and candidate availability. Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from initial sourcing through offer acceptance. Coordinate interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with candidates and stakeholders. Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate effectively with candidates regarding their application status and provide timely feedback. Data Management and Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Generate recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement. Requirements: Proven experience as a recruiter or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, including sourcing strategies and candidate assessment techniques. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively. Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
