• Sourcing of CV's through various sources
• Preliminary Screening Profile against the given requirement
• Scheduling interviews for short listed candidates.
• Discuss, negotiate the offer, hand holding the candidate till they join.
• Maintain MIS on Daily, Weekly & Monthly basis.
• Making invoice of joined candidate.
• Post offer & post joining follow-up with candidates oles and Responsibilities
