Experience: Min 1 year experience in Banking & Finance or Healthcare domain hiring for Volume/Bulk
Location: Pune (Should be staying in Pune or ready to relocate to Pune)

Job Description:
Sourcing for volume and lateral positions of Investment banking and healthcare.
Documentation and coordination for joining process
Create a pipeline of candidates for fulfilling current as well as future requirements
Stakeholder Management
Prepare Job Offers and connect with candidates before joining
Keep an eye for details related to candidates
Should have excellent communication skills
Should be ready to work for extended work hours
Should be a highly motivated person
