JOB DETAILS
Sourcing/Screening/Shortlisting of profiles.
*Identify d best talent through various sources (Internal & External).
*Conducting F2F interviews 4 d scheduled candidates.
*Coordinating 4 interviews & providing feedback 2 d candidates on a timely basis
*Client Co-ordination.
*Maintain Candidate Tracker on Excel or Google Sheets.
*Daily follow up with Candidate till joining Formality.
*Responsible for Salary Negotiation.
*Mass Mail /Telephonic Interviews
*Graduates or Undergraduates will also do.
*Should have good command over English both Verbal and Written.
*Should be able to multi task.
*Must possess strong Interpersonal Skills.
*Should have basic Excel knowledge.
*Excellent English comm skills.
*Dedicated towards work & passionate about recruitment.
*A good team player.
*Candidate should be target-driven and also should be able to work under pressure.
*Fixed Salary + incentives
