HR Recruiter & Talent Acquisition Executive who will be responsible for managing the employee life cycle (i.e., recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, and firing employees) and administering employee benefits.
Responsible for developing and expanding our Hiring Partner network and enabling our students to successfully land jobs after they have completed the course.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Needs to understand the organizations needs and make sure those needs are met when recruiting for new positions.
Arranging interviews, coordinating hiring efforts, and onboarding new employees making sure all paperwork completed (Offer, Appointment, Experience, reliving letter, Salary Slip) involved with hiring.
Process payroll including attendance and leaves & Conduct disciplinary actions
Maintain employee records
Policies need to be updated (or at least examined) every year as the organization changes.
Network with potential recruitment and hiring partners to develop and extend our pool of hiring partners
Provide end to end career guidance services to our students and equip them with everything they need to crack and land jobs with our hiring partners.
Plan and set up hiring drives and events to increase chances of our students to crack interviews and be job ready
Provide detailed feedback to students after interviews and also gather feedback from recruiters to improve the process
