Job Description: HR RECRUITER
We are currently seeking an experienced HR recruiter to join our team . As an HR recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to meet our client's hiring needs. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals with strong communication skills and a proven track record in bulk hiring and target-oriented recruitment.
Responsibilities
Collaborate with hiring managers to identify their staffing needs and understand job requirements
Source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks
Conduct pre-screening interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including resume screening, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates for further assessments
Build and maintain a strong candidate network by proactively engaging with potential candidates and maintaining relationships with existing candidates
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to ensure effective talent acquisition strategies
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
