Position: HR Recruiter (NON- IT Background)
**Preferred from Manufacturing Sector**
Primary Roles & Responsibilities in Detail
1. Search resumes from various sources like Internal Database, Job Portal (Naukri & Indeed & Others). LinkedIn and References from various sources
2. Initial screening of candidates through telephonic conversation to judge communication skills and qualifications & technical expertise.
3. Preliminary Interview for Senior Profiles & scheduling with respective HOD and updating further status for the same.
4. To prepare comparison sheet for the selected candidate.
5. To verify Offer letter prepared and should prepare offer letter and Appointment Letter's.
6. To prepare JD for candidate wrt new and existing requirement
7. Updating Recruitment MIS and Data maintenance
8. To conduct on boarding formalities
9. To prepare organization chart and timely update the same
10. To conduct quarterly Review of the new entrant with HOD
Qualification: Any Graduate/PGDHRM
