Responsibilities:
Source and attract top talent through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.).
Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidates' suitability.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to offer acceptance.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates.
Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Stay updated on industry trends and recruitment best practices.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role.
Familiarity with recruitment software and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
A bachelor's degree in HR or a related field is a plus.
