Full-cycle recruiting: Interacting with Hiring Manager to understand business needs, Translating business needs into Job Descriptions & Postings on sourcing boards, Sourcing, Best-fit Matching, Interview, Selection, Offer, Negotiation, Onboarding
Responsibilities and Duties
Should have exposure in Domestic/ International BPO bulk Hiring
Should be able to handle pressure of hiring and meet the numbers.
Negotiation, selection & on-board formalities
Building and Maintaining Database of Contacts and Resumes.
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
Candidate must possess good listening skills, Confidence, Multitasking ability, Time management skill, Quick learner and Team working ability.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Candidate with good experience in end to end recruitment
Should have extensive knowledge on working with direct clients, solid written communication and rapport building ability
