Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Responsibilities
Ensuring detailed job description and full understanding from hiring managers.
Processing applicants applying for various positions from the website, job portals, social media and any other channel.
Liaising with recruitment agencies.
Candidate scheduling.
Initial screen to ensure fitness for position.
Guiding candidates through the interview process and ensuring excellent candidate interview experience.
Candidate on-boarding and exit formalities.
Candidate background check.
She should be a social media savvy person.
Administrative Responsibilities
Take care of office day-to-day administrative activities ensuring smooth functioning of the office. Handling office infrastructure and vendor coordination for the same. Ensuring time-in and time-out of employees are recorded. Tracking all office equipment movement. Process documentation. Payroll processing.
What skills you need to have:
Familiarity with Google Sheet/Excel [ability to write formulas] and Google Docs/Word.
Familiarity with IT Skills.

Have a fire in the belly to take your career to new heights.
We prefer candidates from either BSc (Computers/IT) Diploma (Computers/IT) OR B.E. (Computers/IT) background.
Post the internship, there is a possibility to get converted as a full time employee.
