As an HR Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in the talent acquisition process of our organization. You will be responsible for sourcing, identifying, and attracting top-tier candidates to meet the company's staffing needs. Your primary focus will be on finding candidates who not only possess the necessary skills and qualifications but also align with the company's culture and values. Responsibilities: Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to identify potential candidates. Develop and maintain a pool of qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Screening and Evaluation: Review incoming resumes and applications to identify candidates that match the job requirements. Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and suitability for the position. Evaluate candidates' skills, competencies, and cultural fit through interviews and assessments. Interview Coordination: Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers. Provide candidates with necessary information about the company, job role, and interview process. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with potential candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed about the status of their application. Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Collaborate with the HR team to ensure a smooth onboarding process for selected candidates. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience as an HR recruiter or in a similar role, showcasing successful candidate placements. Strong understanding of recruitment processes, strategies, and best practices. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to effectively evaluate candidates' skills and cultural fit. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates and team members. Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously. Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering a positive candidate experience.
