Should have experience of various selection process and must be able to conduct different type of interviews such as telephonic, Teams and personal.
Confident, Smart & Presentable Experience: (1-2 years).
Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.
Need to have experience in end to end recruitment Experience : 1 to 2 Years into HR Recruitment
Candidate Must have Experience in pharmaceutical industry
