Scouting for candidates from various Avenues ( Job Portals, Referrals, Networking, Social
Media, Campus Drives, Job Fair, Social Networking platforms etc..)
* Understanding the requirement of Client/ Business clearly and must probe for details required
for effective sourcing. Advising the business on the market trends.
* Should call and connect with candidates, not less than 70 in a day.
* Must treat candidates with utmost dignity and respect, providing timely feedback on the
interview status is the key
* Promoting the Employer Brand in the market, creating goodwill for the brand amongst
candidates.
* Creating good rapport with the internal stake holders and must closely track and hand hold
the candidate from Selection to Joining.
