Location: Juinagar, Navi Mumbai (5 mins walking distance from juinagar station)
Position : Sr. Officer - Recruitment
Department : Lateral Recruitment
Experience : 6+ months years Recruitment experience in a consultancy
Education : Graduate
Working Days: Monday - Saturday (1st & 3rd Saturday - half-day, 2nd & 4th Saturday - full-day)
Timings: 10 am - 7 pm

Responsibilities :
Coordinating with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Sourcing resumes from job portals, linkedin, through references, etc.
Screening resumes
Performing phone interviews with candidates
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Completing timely reports on employment activity
