Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for handling the end-to-end process of recruitment and other HR activities. • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
Interact with potential candidates using various Job Portals (Naukri, Monster and LinkedIn, etc.) and professional networks.
Screening candidate's resumes, contacting relevant candidates via calls and conducting on-site interviews.
Maintain candidate databases.
Contribute towards other HR engagement activities. • Monitor and apply best HR recruitment practices.
Assess and evaluate knowledge. communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.
Qualifications: - • 2– 4 years of experience, Recruitment experience of at least 2 year is mandatory.
Team handling Experience is a must. • Strong work ethic and sense of commitment. • Excellent communication skills required - oral and written. • Excellent PR skills with candidates, associates, and external recruitment agencies. • Constant growth and learning to ensure premium productivity for the organisation. • Positive attitude and interpersonal skills. • End-to-end recruitment & Computer skills (Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, Internet etc).
