Roles and Responsibilities
End-to-end IT Recruitment: Sourcing, short listing, interviewing & recruiting the right candidates
Sourcing talent through various channels such as referencing, Job portals like Naukri.com , Shine.com & networking tools such as Linked In
Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until they get onboard like documentation , salary negotiation, offer acceptance and regarding the joining date
Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews and in-person meetings)
Make job offers to applicants who pass screening and interview processes and are approved by management by providing them with an offer letter and discussing the benefits, requirements and details of the position
Maintain paperwork on applicants throughout the process and build relationships with candidates
