Indus Group is looking for a talented, driven and experienced Field Recruiter to work on building end-to-end recruiting or Hiring pipeline for last mile in Mumbai. The individual will be responsible for recruiting, researching head hunting & on ground field recruiting the last mile delivery drivers. The ideal candidate would be an ambitious go-getter with the desire to deliver a best- in- class experience in recruiting.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist Operations teams in filling vacancies in blue-collar positions and monitoring daily attendance for all office branches.
Maintaining the database for 3 Wheeler/associate hiring needs in the future.
On-site searches for DCD at chai points, auto or transit stops. Ready to be hired on the field (preferred candidate must have a valid driver's license and a bicycle)
End-to-end administration of recruiting and onboarding for all DCD (Drive Cum Delivery)
Familiarity with the Mumbai East West and Navi Mumbai communities.
Requirements:
Field recruiter experience with Flipkart, BigBasket, or Amazon
Minimum of 1 - 3 years of experience in the field of blue-collar recruiting.
Hands-on expertise in Bulk Hiring for Drivers and Delivery Personnel, particularly experienced 3 Wheeler in and Associate Hiring
Graduation or post-graduation with a minimum of four to five years of experience in a similar position and functional area (a solid foundation in operations setup is a plus).
Proficient with location PIN Codes
Must have problem-solving abilities, be process-oriented, and be able to handle stressful/complicated situations with a high level of attention to detail.
Preferred candidates will be dynamic and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
