Roles :
Candidate will need to take of recruitment for ICICI Lombard -Sales Hiring
Candidate will be on third party pay-role of ICICI Lombard(Off Role).
Hiring include from entry level to Lateral level position.
Responsibilities :
Recruitment for Entry level to lateral level hiring
Managing end to end recruitment cycle such as; Sourcing, Screening Resumes, Short listing, Arranging Interviews, etc
Short listing candidates sourced through Job portal (Naukri , Linked-In) and validating them on their experience
Verifying the candidate profile and documentation
Focusing on daily Line ups, Selects, Pending and Joiners
Maintaining daily and monthly updates
Desired Candidate Profile :
Minimum 1 year Talent acquisition (recruitment ) experience required.
Fulltime Graduation mandatory
Ok to work for 6 days working
Candidate should have Good English communication
Good excel knowledge required for keeping good track of data record
