Full job description Objective: The HR Recruiter at Fibre Bond Industries will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. The role is pivotal in ensuring the company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline. key Responsibilities: Talent Acquisition: Design and implement overall recruitment strategy. Develop and update job descriptions and specifications. Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives. Sourcing and Attracting Candidates: Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g., social media and professional platforms like LinkedIn). Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates. Advertise job openings on the company’s careers page, social media, job boards, and internally. Screening and Selection: Screen candidates' resumes and job applications. Conduct initial phone screenings to create a shortlist of qualified candidates. Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person). Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitudes. Coordination and Onboarding: Coordinate with hiring managers to forecast department goals and hiring needs. Participate in job fairs and host in-house recruitment events. Facilitate the offer process by extending the offer and negotiating employment terms. Manage new employee onboarding and orientation. Record-Keeping and Compliance: Maintain a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects. Ensure compliance with labor regulations. Workforce Planning: Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings. Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department to develop solutions, programs, and policies. Skills and Qualifications: Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases. Experience with sourcing techniques. Understanding of labor legislation. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to conduct different types of interviews (e.g., structured, competency-based, stress, etc.). Strong decision-making skills. BSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field.
