Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Source and attract top talent using various methods such as job boards, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Conduct reference checks and background screenings for selected candidates.
Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
Assist with the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Stay current on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1 to 2 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a corporate setting.
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and sourcing techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in using recruitment tools and software, including applicant tracking systems (ATS).
