We are hiring for Pan India Company for Hr Recruiter
Location-Vashi,Navi Mumbai
Shift- Monday to Saturday (10.am To 6Pm)
JD:-
Actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Fresher as well as experienced.
Responsibility
Managing end to end recruitment cycle as such as Sourcing, Screening Resumes, Short Listing, Arranging Interviews, etc.
Short listing candidates sourced through job portal (Naukri, Linked-In) and validating them on their experience.
Verifying the candidate profile and documentation.
Maintaining daily and monthly updates.
