Full job description
We are looking for a seasoned Junior BFSI Recruiter with extensive experience in the Middle East region. This role involves identifying and attracting top talent within the Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance (BFSI) sector, with a focus on individuals familiar with the nuances of the Middle Eastern market. , you will play a key role in shaping our clients' teams and contributing to their success in the region.
Responsibilities:
Utilize your network and expertise to strategically source and engage with top-tier candidates in the BFSI sector, specifically those with experience in the Middle East.
Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experiences, and cultural fit, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
Stay updated on market trends, regulatory changes, and industry developments in the Middle East BFSI sector, providing valuable insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding their hiring needs and collaborating to deliver tailored recruitment solutions.
Provide a positive and professional experience to candidates throughout the recruitment process, acting as a brand ambassador for our clients.
Work closely with internal teams, including HR, hiring managers, and business leaders, to align recruitment strategies with organizational goals and objectives.
Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in all recruitment activities, maintaining high ethical standards and data privacy practices.
