We at AWDIZ (www.awdiz.in) are looking for existing recruiters and Placement Officers who have experience in Fresher Hiring and would love to be a part of one of the biggest IT training institute in Mumbai.
Job Details:
HR Recruiter who will act as a Junior Placement officer shall be responsible for generating IT vacancies for trained freshers of AWDIZ.
Should have strong inter-personal skills and willing to reach and sign new clients for AWDIZ though various social media channel, job portals, aggressive calling and using personal network.
Co-ordinating with students till they are placed at the right job with benchmark salaries and post placement activities such as maintaining Alumni database, capture feedback from placed students / recruiters, conduct alumni meet etc.
Organizing campus placements in our training center's in Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Co-ordination with AWDIZ Head Office Placement team, Pre-placement activities such as conduction of sessions on employability and placement sessions, mock interviews and preparing their resumes and making them job-ready.
We train candidates primarily on IT skills like Full Stack Development, Data Science, CCNA Networking, Windows and Linux Server Administration so the placement officer should be ready to do placement for this skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
