Job Description:-
Sourcing & attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc, Conducting Preliminary interviews & filtering candidates for open positions.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers. Assist in HR all functions.
Familiar with Job Portals and Social Media Hiring.
Review and analyze resumes and line-up potential candidates for interview.
Scour job search websites for potential recruits and contact those candidates personally.
Complete all new-hire paperwork with candidates who meet the expectation of the job.
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiating skills.
Required Candidate profileGood command in Verbal & Written English Communication Skills. 2-4 years of experience in similar IT roleHR or relevant certification.
