Job Description:
1. Hiring For Domestic & International companies for blue collar (labor category)
2.Handle The Portals Like Naukri, LinkedIn, indeed, Monster, Shine, Job Hai, Etc.
3. Screening The Cv’s of The Candidates and Shortlist Them
4. Maintain Excel Sheet (Calling sheet, Interview Lineup sheet, Joiner Sheet)
5. Manage folders (CV Folder), (Documents Folder)
6. Arranging Interview Date, Time for Telephonic Interview
7. Take The Interviews of The Applicants
8. Taking Daily Follow-Ups for Client Interview.
9. Coordination with Business Development Manager.
10. Collecting Id Proofs for Verification.
