Full job description
Maintaining Recruitment functions (preparing Job description, job posting, coordinating with the consulting agencies, screening profiles, taking Telephonic rounds, scheduling interviews, salary fixing). Directed on-boarding process, training and development, and investigation and resolution of all employee relation's issues. Processing through the joining formalities (Verification of documents, preparing new employee files, Salary account opening, providing offer and appointment letters). Maintaining retention and exit formalities. Carrying out appraisals for employees every year. Orienting new employees to the organization. Preparing Salary& salary slips for employees on monthly basis in Spine Software. Preparing all kind of Letters like confirmation, consent letter, increment letter, designation change letters, Termination, appraisal letter etc. Maintenance of Hr Software like making new Joinee entries, exit employee entry, salary changes entry etc. Monthly Salary Processing entry in SPINE Software & comparison of Salary Data of Accounts Dept. with Spine Data sheet. Coordinating with the Hr -assistant, admin department, Receptionist for smooth running of the organization. Taking care of hr assistant functions (Attendance) in her absence & Send the details for ESIC on monthly basis. Taking care of Employees Statutory Compliance like PF/ESIC registration assistance, obtaining PF related details & coordinating for PF withdrawals, Transfer etc. Filing for Ex-Employees Details & maintaining softcopy. Making Organization Chart for company. Handled employee terminations - final paycheck calculation and processing, along with exit interview Co-coordinating with the consultant for New recruit and maintain the Tracking Sheet. Developing clear policies and ensuring policy awareness. Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
