Requirements
Experience - 1 - 5 Years of overseas recruitment experience
Candidate should have knowledge of using Job Portals and Social Media sites like - LinkedIn, Naukri, Shine etc Design and update job descriptions.
Draft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
Screen incoming resumes and application forms.
Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person) Solid verbal and written .
Familiar with maintaining databases and Excel
Candidate should be professional and work oriented. Go-getter, adaptive and taking initiatives for company growth.
Work location : Seawoods, Navi Mumbai
