Roles and Responsibilities
1. Understanding the talent Across board
2. Bridge the hiring needs between HR and Business Unit
3. Ability to use smart hiring methods to reduce TAT
4. Bulk Hiring
5. Sourcing/Screening and knowledge of Job portals
6. Regular follow ups with consultants, business Unit and candidates
7. Offer release and follow - ups with candidates till onboarded
8. Data Management and weekly updation of assigned work to direct reporting
Relevant Experience required - ( Minimum 2 year)
Strong Communication Skills is a must
