JOB DETAILS              
Job description: Manage the entire Payroll activities from start to end. Ensure error-free Salary processing every month. Have knowledge about statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, etc). Assist in designing the Salary Structures. Manage hire-to-retire employee life-cycle right from recruitment to the exit process. Issue Offer and appointment letters. Handle complete Attendance and Leave management system for Mumbai branch. Implement employee engagement practices like Birthdays, Anniversaries, and designing other events like formal and informal town hall meetings. Resolve HR queries of employees within specified SLA. Assist in the development and implementation of human resource policies. Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Help Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques. Create and run referral bonus programs. Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates. Manage daily operations of the HR department. Ensure compliance with labour regulations. Requirements: Proven experience as an HR Generalist for a minimum of 3 years up to 7 years only. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems. Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures. Ability to work comfortably under pressure, meet tight deadlines, manage competing priorities, and keep up with an occasional high volume of activity. Good in maintaining error-free data in HR Systems. Proficient in the error-free use of standard templates (doc files & excel files) used in the organization. Mumbai candidates who can function from the office location only need apply. Aptitude in problem-solving. Superb computer literacy and exposure to related HR software. MBA in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
