Roles and Responsibilities
Designing and implementing the overall recruiting strategy in local and rural areas areas
Sourcing and attracting candidates by using reference and through creating local networks
Conducting interviews and filtering candidates for open positions
Creating pool of CV's for quick reference
Maintain candidates database
He/should be responsible for recruitment for entire State(Andhra Pradesh/Maharashtra)
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate should be minimum Graduate/MBA in HR
Should know local dialect(Read, write and speak) Plus Hindi and English
Should be ready to travel in respective states and create CV pool
