Roles and Responsibilities
Must be expert in sourcing candidates from Job Portals like Dice, Monster, and Career Builder etc.
Should be a well versed with the various job boards like Monster, Dice, Career builder, Indeed, Techfetch, LinkedIn, etc.
Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing approaches with an ability to manage customer/partner expectations through a deep understanding of return on investment.
An expert level of knowledge in all full lifecycle recruiting components including, but not limited to, sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, job analysis, relationship management, and due diligence.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both written and oral) and the ability to work effectively with a wide range of IT Skills or Technology personnel.
Experienced in all aspects of full-cycle recruiting to include requirement gathering, sourcing, resume evaluation, phone screening, interviewing, salary, and extending offers.
Should be working with W2 and C2C requirements.
