Evaluating company products and services towards creating an accurate salesperson profile.
Source potential sales candidates from various job portals i.e. (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Networking etc.)
Develop and release job postings on various platforms and job boards.
Do a thorough screening via telephonic interviews and evaluate the effectiveness of the candidate’s profile.
Shortlist candidates based on criteria of high performance in sales.
Maintaining a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
Responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders for interviews.
Maintaining strong relationship with the candidates during the interview process.
Executing innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
