Hiring bulk positions closure – Bikers, Tele callers, Van Delivery
Daily making inbound and outbound calls to candidates
Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
Job positing ads on all the social media skills , job portal
Exceptional communication, writing, and interpersonal skill
Closing position of IT/Non IT / any other fields
Need to carry team handling skill qualities
Generate reports from team and reporting to the respective senior
Closing all the positions through references and head-hunting process
Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
Performing reference and background checks
Following up on the interview process status
Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
Timely additional responsibilities will be added according to the working natures requirement.
