What We Do
Visible Alpha enhances the investment research process by extracting meaningful analyst models and research reports through valuable partnerships with the world’s premier investment research organizations. Our deep consensus data provides financial recommendations on companies and industries at a level of granularity and timeliness and that has never before been possible.
What You'll Do
Recruit for roles across our organization, owning the entire candidate experience and interview process from sourcing to screening to scheduling interviews to closing the candidate.
Work with Hiring Managers and other stakeholders to improve the hiring manager, interviewer and candidate experience, which includes process improvement and enablement. Provide insights based on candidate feedback and market intelligence.
Ensure accuracy of data and postings in our ATS as well as across a variety of job boards including Naukri, LinkedIn and Indeed.
Source talent for hard to fill or complex roles across a variety of tools and platforms.
Recruit for high volume campus and entry level Engineering and technical positions as needed.
Who You Are
Seven plus years of experience in a corporate setting, preferably in a product based technology organization.
Experience sourcing and recruiting candidates in financial services or engineering organizations strongly preferred.
Ability to track Candidate and stakeholder management experience.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proven track record of working collaboratively, effectively resolving communication and expectation misalignments, and adapting to new information quickly.
