Be responsible for end-to-end recruitment for in-house requirements
Understand manpower and recruitment requirements from concerned HOD convert them in Job Description and post them on career portals independently
Sourcing resumes, screening and interviewing candidates, interview scheduling, & administering tests
Usage of different sourcing channels effectively to create relevant candidate database
Following up with candidates for interview scheduling and on-boarding
Coordinating with different internal/external stakeholders if requiredCandidate must Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
