ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with the internal stakeholders to gain an understanding of the hiring needs and expectations.
Develop and update job descriptions as per the specifications and mandates shared.
Source potential candidates from various job portals (Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn etc.)
Develop and release job postings on platforms, such as social media and job boards.
Do a thorough screening via telephonic interviews and evaluate the effectiveness of the candidate’s profile.
Maintaining a database of candidate records, including active and passive prospects.
Responsible for coordinating with internal stakeholders for interviews.
Handle candidate life cycle from screening to on boarding.
Act as a one-point contact for candidates by building strong relationships during the interview process.
Executing innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
