Preliminary screening / short-listing the right qualitative profile against the given requirement.
Scheduling the candidates for interviews.
Following up with the candidate, starting from the first round of interview to till his/her joining &maintaining good rapport with them.
Making the candidates understand the standards/culture of the organization and convincing the candidates to join.
Maintaining MIS reports like daily call sheet, interviews arranged,offer details, etc.
Follow up with the HR of the companies about the status of the candidates and for payments.

Candidates who have experience in hiring for HR, Back Office, Operations, Sales, Business Development, Marketing (Insurance) will be preferred.
In one of the organisations that both Chitra and Benny worked at, both of them used to mostly end up talking about the plight of the underprivileged and their constant state of being vulnerable. They used to visit these communities and discuss about how they could enable those hurting people live a dignified and honourable life. After years of serving these communities, endless discussions and having shared it with like minded people, they realised that to have a more meaningful, lasting and wider impact they would have to carry out the work through a registered entity. Thus with a few other passionate friends TRANSFORM PLUS was registered as a public charitable organisation.
