JOB DETAILS
1. Understand client requirements and prepare recruitment materials such as post jobs on various job portals and social media platforms
2. Source and recruit candidates by using company databases, job portals (Naukri & Indeed), and LinkedIn
3. Screen candidates resume and conduct telephonic interviews to select appropriate candidates
4. Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience, and aptitude
5. Act as a point of contact and build candidate relationships throughout the process
6.Candidate should ok with 2 months of internship, If fresher
