Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage all phases of full cycle recruitment. Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing, negotiation, and onboarding techniques. Effective in identifying recruitment needs.
Handle recruitment of IT & nontechnical roles, which includes; recruiting, interviewing, and facilitating the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions.
Conduct or acquire background checks and employment eligibility verifications.
Create and run referral bonus programs.
Conduct employee onboarding and implement training & development initiatives for all employees.
Review current HR technology and recommend more effective software (including HRIS and ATS).
Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them.
Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
Oversee daily operations of the HR department.
Manage employees’ grievances.
Requirements:
Master/Bachelor (Specialization in HR or relevant field).
At least 1 year of relevant experience.
Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role.
A proven leader with strong interpersonal skills, keen to motivate and effectively educate and connect department managers and employees regarding all HR practices.
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems.
Experience with full-cycle recruiting.
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts,
employee leaves and insurance).
Demonstrable leadership abilities.
Excellent communication skills
