Leverage your experience to source and screen top talent using industry leading recruiting tools, Job portals and Social networking recruitment.
Involved in end-to-end recruitment process for IT professionals across all levels and major IT skills.
Responsible for entire recruitment cycle right from searching / sourcing and screening resumes to short-listing candidates, coordinating, & conducting interviews.
Sourcing and shortlisting the resumes through job portals.
Scheduling interviews, briefing candidates before and after interviews.
Contacting candidates, following-up with candidates, and managing candidate pipeline.
Candidate must have ability to handle pressure and work as per the given target.
Candidates must have:-
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent interpersonal and team coordination skills.
Must be a quick thinker and learner
Must have positive attitude
Must have experience working with IT corporates (NO PLACEMENT AGENCIES).
