JOB DETAILS
§ End to end Recruitment (Job posting on portals, Calling, screening resume, sourcing profiles, Scheduling the interviews)
§ Conducting the first round of telephonic interviews for the candidates to schedule interviews.
§ Stay active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements
§ Populate requirements on job portals and coordinate for interviews with Hiring Managers
§ Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
§ Gathering of documentation of new joiners for offer letters initiation
§ Monthly activity (Sending monthly birthday email, new joiner Email)
§ Helping HR Manager for day to day activity
