Identify and source appropriate talent for current open roles. Identify future talent needs and proactively recruiting and sourcing; develop talent pool or social engagements.
Manage the recruitment process and life-cycle, including initial assessments, interviews, and offers.
Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment.
Use social media, job boards, Internet sourcing, and other technical means to source candidates for open jobs. Responsible for identifying and mapping the external talent pool towards critical positions and create a strong succession planning pool .
Qualifications and Skills

Excellent communication skills.
Self-starter, naturally driven with an assertive, Can-Do, GO-GETTER attitude.
Must enjoy, and be COMFORTABLE on the phone calling into potential candidates.
Must work well under pressure and tight timelines.
Track daily recruiting activities and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates.
Possess a proficiency in social media, Network recruiting.
Desire to increase personal income and grow professionally!
