Job Description:
1.Prepare, Maintain and share the MIS/Reports as and when required
2.Preparing and sharing the reports related to Employee Connect & Employee Exits
3.Coordinating with stakeholders, training Managers for function related activities on a regular basis
4.Preparing and sharing the weekly work anniversary mailers and daily birthday mailers
5.Prepare and share the exit analysis on a monthly basis
6.To engage with employees by Connecting with them through phone & branch visits - 4 branches a week
7.To ensure all grievances/ complaints raised by employees are resolved within 48 hrs
8.Update / Maintain the employee grievance tracker and share the same on a weekly basis
9.Organizing & executing the employee engagement initiatives across the organization as per the process / approval
10.Productivity monitoring of all business units for specified region
