Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate potential candidates.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the capability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter with a deep understanding of recruitment processes, an extensive network, and the ability to not only identify and attract top sales talent in bulk but also to convey our concept persuasively and motivate potential candidates to join our team.
Position Overview: As a HR RECRUITER in Supremus Angel, you will play a pivotal role in our bulk Sales recruitment efforts. Beyond just sourcing and screening, you will be responsible for effectively communicating our concept, motivating and inspiring candidates to become a part of our journey, and contributing to our growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Bulk Candidate Sourcing: Utilize your in-depth knowledge of recruitment sources and platforms to identify, engage, and attract a large number of potential sales candidates.
Candidate Screening, Interviewing, and Conversion: Efficiently screen candidates, conduct interviews, and possess the capacity to successfully convert them into valuable assets for our company.
Mass Recruitment Strategies: Develop and implement strategies for mass recruitment, including job fairs, social media campaigns, and other innovative methods to attract sales talent in bulk.
Sourcing Platform Expertise: Stay updated on the latest sourcing platforms and tools and leverage them to streamline the recruitment process.
Concept Communication: Clearly and persuasively convey our company's concept, mission, and value proposition to potential candidates.
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, fostering a talent pool for on-going recruitment needs.
Independent Work: Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take ownership of the entire recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to on boarding, while maintaining high levels of productivity and quality.
