JOB DETAILS
Build and maintain a good quality database using the available resources to the optimum viz. Job Portals, Walk-ins, Advertisements, Employee Referrals, Institutes, Consultants, etc.
Conduct offer negotiations
Introduce the new employee to the concerned HR for joining formalities
Maintain records of sources especially the recruitments done through consultants or referrals
Be aware of the compensation packages in the market
Screen and select staff effectively
Establish relevant documentation and maintain records
Carry out branding through Advertisements or Job Portals; Create and write internal and external advertisements
Conduct reference checks on prospective employees
Schedule new employees for Induction by mailing a list of new employees to the
Training team
Be proactive in assisting Line Managers with staffing requirements
Coordinate with Line Managers for offer rollouts and issuing Letters of Offer and Appointment to prospective applicants
Develop and maintain a strong rapport with employees at all levels
Take initiative to streamline processes
Accountabilities
Responsible for supporting regular positions hiring for all regions
Focus upon annual forecasting, quarterly forecasting & monthly plan in the regions assigned
Drive the Corporate Strategic interventions on recruitment in the regions
Establish tie-ups with Institutions & agencies
Source, hire and close positions as per specification within the stipulated time and maintain optimum cost of hire
Keep building talent for all positions
Motivate & enhance productivity of the Region Workforce Planning team
Ensure process adherence
Ask for Requisitions, with JD and candidate specifications and with proper authorization
Ensure timely closure of all regular positions PAN India
Keeping recruitment cost as per budget alloted
