_Design and implement overall recruiting strategy
_Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
_Perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives
_Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate sources
_Screen candidates resumes and job applications
_Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
Experience : Minimum 2 Years of experience, preferably someone who has worked with a startup firm.
Salary : 20 -30% hike on your current package.
