Qualification: Graduate with hands on experience of recruitment is preferred
Skills Required: Excellent in MS-Office. Well-versed in MS-Excel.
Job Role: HR Recruiter
Key Responsibilities:
1. Contacting candidates & following-up with candidates.
2. Scheduling interviews, briefing and debriefing candidates before and after interviews.
3. Maintaining recruitment database on day-to-day basis
4. Posting job descriptions on various job portals and tracking the results
5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills a Must
6. Well-versed with MS-Office and Internet
