We have an urgent openings for the position of HR Recruiter at our Esteemed organization. Position - HR Recruiter(International Recruitment) Location - Marol, Andheri Experience - 6 Months - 2 years industry - Oil and gas (preferred) Duties & Responsibilities : Manage end-to-end process of recruitment Sourcing candidates from different job portals , Employee Referrals or internal job transfer Co-ordinate between Candidates & Clients starting from scheduling till placement Strategic planning and execution. Knowledge of contracting, negotiating, and change management. Preparing Job descriptions for all employees and getting them approved Understand the business requirement and strategize to fill requirements Manpower planning Coordinate with candidate/Documentations /joining process/scheduled interview To be part of the quality improvement initiative and protocols of the organization
